Course Overview
The VTCT Level 4 Award in Laser & Light Treatments for Hair Reduction is a regulated qualification that enables learners to develop the knowledge and practical competence required to safely deliver laser and IPL hair removal treatments within a professional aesthetic practice.
This course is delivered through a blended learning model, allowing learners to study theory and complete assignments at their own pace at home, alongside two mandatory in-centre practical training and assessment days.

• Understand the principles of laser and IPL hair removal
• Work safely when delivering light-based hair reduction treatments

Course Structure and Delivery
Theory learning and written assignments are completed at home through guided study. Learners are required to attend the training centre for practical training and assessment. Practice and assessment dates are provided upon course registration.

Entry Requirements
There are no formal prerequisite qualifications required for this qualification. Learners must have a good level of written and spoken English to successfully complete the coursework and assessments.
Course Fees and Payment Information
Course Fee: £950. A non-refundable booking fee of £270 is required to secure a place on the course. The remaining balance can be paid in two instalments at four week intervals.
Registration and Assessment Information
The registration fee is included within the course fee; however, registration may expire in accordance with our terms and conditions.
The course price includes practical training and assessment dates provided upon registration, as well as two assignment submissions. Additional practical assessment days or assignment submissions may be subject to additional charges in line with our terms and conditions.
Qualification Requirements
To successfully achieve the qualification, learners must complete all required coursework and pass the practical assessments.
