Develop advanced clinical skills and progress into injectable aesthetic treatments through a structured qualification pathway. This programme is designed for practitioners who hold a Level 4 Diploma and wish to advance their knowledge and practical competence within the medical aesthetics sector. The pathway supports practitioners in developing the clinical understanding, treatment skills and professional standards required to practise safely and effectively within aesthetic practice.

Learners begin with the ProQual Level 5 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice, where they develop advanced knowledge of infection control, professional practice and anatomy and physiology for aesthetic treatments, alongside practical skills in skin rejuvenation procedures such as micro-needling and chemical peel treatments.

Following completion of Level 5, learners can progress to the Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice. This advanced qualification focuses on consultation for individualised aesthetic treatments, psychological considerations in facial aesthetics, ethical practice, injectable treatments including botulinum toxin and dermal fillers, and the management of complications within aesthetic practice.

Description

Course Fee: £6995 (Excludes kit and beauty tunic)

Registration Fee: The registration fees are included in the course fee; however, registration can expire in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Exam Fee: The course price includes practice and assessment dates provided upon course registration, and includes two assignment submissions. For charges relating to the additional assignment submission please refer to our terms and conditions.

Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of £450 is required to confirm your place on the course.  The remaining amount can be paid in up to 12 interest free instalments at four week intervals. Please contact us to confirm course dates prior to payment and read our terms and conditions prior to course enrolment.

Entry Requirements: Students must have a good level of English.

Qualification Requirements: Students are required to complete the qualification within 18 months of enrolment, with 9 months allocated for each course.  Students are required to produce a portfolio, demonstrate practical competency with good level of theoretical knowledge and understanding of the subject area.

Certification: The qualification covered in this option include the following:

  • ProQual Level 5 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice
  • ProQual Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice

The awarding body is ProQual as specified above.

Entry Requirement for the ProQual Level 5 Diploma:
Learners must hold the Level 3 Award in Adult Basic Life Support, AED and Management of Anaphylaxis. If this qualification is not already held, it can be completed prior to or alongside the course – click here.

Enrolment is open throughout the year, allowing students to join at any time. Most courses include Zoom sessions delivered ahead of the practical training days, which run on a rolling schedule.
