RQF Level 5 Certificate in Radio Frequency

This Level 5 qualification in Radio Frequency has been developed as a result of the move towards regulating previously accredited treatment procedures to ensure practitioner knowledge, client care and safety is at the forefront of all advanced treatments offered by therapists. This course consists five mandatory modules:

  • Management of health & safety for and infection control protocols for aesthetic procedures
  • Legislation and regulations governing non-clinical aesthetic practice
  • Advanced consultation, skin analysis and assessment for aesthetic treatments
  • Skin science for non-surgical procedures
  • Provide radio frequency treatments

This course is available at both our training centres in the West Midlands & Bedfordshire. Students can further develop their knowledge and skills by completing supplementary specialist qualifications at level 5 in one or more of the following areas:

  • Level 5 in Advanced Mesotherapy for Skin Rejuvenation
  • Level 5 in Aesthetic Practice
  • Level 5 in Hydrodermabrasion and Radio Frequency
  • Ultrasound

Registration Fee: £100*

Exam Fee: The course price includes assessment dates provided upon course registration and two assignment submissions. For charges relating to additional theory work submissions please refer to our terms and conditions.

Equipment: Students have an option to purchase the Dermedics Radio Frequency Premium device at a subsidised cost when purchasing with the course.

Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of £250 is required to confirm your place on the course.  The remaining amount can be paid as a single payment or in four interest free instalments at four week intervals. Please read our terms and conditions prior to course enrolment.

Entry Requirements: Students must have completed a nationally recognised Level 4 in a related sector plus a Level 4 in Anatomy & Physiology. Please contact us if you do not meet the entry requirements.

Qualification Requirements: Once enrolled, students are provided access to our online learning portal with access to theory and reading materials. Written assignments which can be completed in your own time around current family and work commitments. To successfully complete this course students must undertake practical assessments at one of our centres.
